1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using printpartydesign.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Digital Products
PrintParty sells digital downloads — including SVG files, planners, fonts, and printable templates. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the file you received is corrupted or materially different from what was described.
If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us at hello@printpartydesign.com within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.
3. Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for personal or small-business projects as specified in the individual product listing. Unless a “Commercial Licence” is explicitly included, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files.
- Claim authorship or register the design as your own trademark.
- Use the files to create competing digital products for resale.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept Stripe, PayPal, and PayFast. PayPal transactions are processed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate. You are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges levied by your financial institution.
5. Subscriptions
We offer optional subscription plans that give access to a library of digital products. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for unused days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including product designs, graphics, copy, and code — is owned by PrintParty or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintParty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
